Budget (including currency): 2000 usd

Country: Argentina

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:
Games I play: Beamng.Drive, Fortnite, Counter Strike 2, Grand theft auto V and Assetto Corsa (I don't do competetive gaming but I always play on low graphics to get the most fps)
The programs I use for school are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, Audition and in the future After effects

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

The pc I built back in 2020 has Intel Core i5 10400f, 2x 8gb 2666mhz DDR4 ram (the max speed that my motherboard supports), nvidia rtx 2060 (I think its a gigabyte super dual oc), Thermaltake 600W 80 plus standard PSU, motherboard Gigabyte B460M DS3H AC. I have a 1080p 165hz principal monitor that I use displayport and a secondary old one 1366x768 that I use a HDMI to DVI cable.
I want to upgrade because the games I play doesn't run smoothly and I think I have a CPU bottleneck.
I don't know if I have to upgrade my whole pc or its more recomendable to just get a better LGA1200 CPU
