Missing part on MOBO

Looking around the MOBO a while I found a piece that is missing but cant find a diagram showing what it is. Was wondering where to look foe a diagram to show what the missing part is? I have attached pictures of the board and the missing part.

I see over a dozen "missing" components. Motherboard manufacturers will leave spaces for parts to be used in higher-spec versions and not populate them on lower-spec versions. It's extremely unlikely that your issue is caused simply by a missing component.

Laptop (or other) not charging are usually due to a dead battery, else some connector issue

No chance a "missing" board piece could lead to that, if something's really missing it won't post at all

You'll probably have better luck searching for a teardown video / pic of your laptop model
