pcupgrade should i upgrade or no

i was wondering if i should upgrade anything with my setup in not fully sure how good or bad it is or if I'm fine where I'm at 

 

PC specs:

 

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor               3.70 GHz

 

Gskill rip jaws ddr4 3600mhz 64gb 

 

ASUS Dual Geforce RTX 4070 EVO OC Edition 12GB GDDR6X

 

Msi MAG B550 Tomahawk AM4 AMD B550 Sata 6Gbs ATX AMD Motherboard

 

and I think a 700w thermaltake power supply not sure 

 

then I have 2 144 monitors  

 

I play games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, escape from Tarkov, Resident Evil, and Cyberpunk, and then I'm trying to get into Star Citizen.

the frames freeze here and there on Fortnite but on Star Citizen it still freezes decently bad

5700X3D, especially if you're on 1080p. A 5900X bottlenecks an RTX 4070 even on 1440p. Monitor your gpu usage. 

Also, if you're on 1080p, upgrade to 1440p or 4K. It's time.
