Not entirely sure. As I said, it was a customers phone, and I didn't bother to see what version it was, which is a mistake I won't be making in the future. Apparently the phone decided to work right the customer informed me lol I'll take it of course 😄

I replaced the battery in a customers iPhone 13 Mini, and it went fine, but for some reason the phone keeps saying the battery is at 1% every time the phone is rebooted. Does it just need calibrated? Is this a bad battery? I ordered it on the iFixit site, so I assume I can get a refund or new item or something like that. Just curious as to what the problem could be.

You can probably contact iFixit to know the correct procedure with that battery.

They list the steps in the repair guide, and I followed them to my understanding. I suppose I can contact them and ask them about it of course. Like I said, as far as I understood, with the battery, it didn't actually matter and it would just accept a new battery....
