That card is dead
Code 43 is almost always unrecoverable. 
Some unscrupulus  people will bake the card to get it to work for a couple weeks

Hey everyone, yesterday i bought a used rx 6700 xt on marketplace and i tried it in my pc after using ddu to unninstall nvidia drivers i had from my previous gpu and there is no display from my gpu.. i have tried on another pc with integrated graphics (installing newest drivers, checking if its recognized in device manager and it is but says erorr 43 so i tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers for the gpu and still nothing.

im kind of lost because im not very good with all of those  things and i don't have a shop nearby to send it to and see if a proffesional can get it running. if anyone has an idea of what i can do to make it work i would greately appreciate it
