Hey so I am looking for a case (ATX, Mid-Tower)

I want something with good airflow and with fans in the package, RGB would be nice but Id also like to keep it <$100 USD

Needs to support a 340 mm GPU

also I should add i plan to use the Aqua Elite V3 as my AIO cooling, going with a black build

LL O-11
Corsair 4000D Airflow
Phanteks NV5 (though if you can find an Eclipse P400A in stock anywhere, those were discontinued but usually 75$ and a dream to build in)

what fans do you recommend or do they come with fans?

I am a bit of a case slut, I have had a LOT of them over the past few years before selling them/giving away etc. The Phanteks NV5 is the first one I have used for more than a year while not getting the itch for something else. It is a GLORIOUS case. There's a lot of good options currently but the NV5 is where my search would start and end

Do you want performance or RGB or both?

performance is more of a priority than RGB, but if theres a good fan that has both for a decent price then sure

I would personally get Lian Li P28s then. They have a triple pack for like $39 sometimes on sale. 99% as good as Noctua's best for a third the price. Be Quiet Silent Wings 4 and Phanteks T30s are good too but more expensive. You can go even cheaper and grab some Arctic P12s or something but I think the P28s are a good one for sound profile, performance, warranty etc.
