Can anyone advise me?

I have the following rig:

i7 4770K + Asus Maximus VI Formula+ 16GB 2400Mhz Mem+ the usual SSds & HDDs

My card is the EVGA GTX 780 Ti SC with ACX I have a CM V1000 PSU.

Can I SLI another GTX 780 (NON Ti)? If so, what will be the benefits or otherwise to my dual monitors. (Main monitor is the new Samsung 4K, 2nd monitor Asus 1440 27")

Any thoughts at would help, as no one is Australia seems to have a definitive answer for me.

You can only SLI same card at same speeds and VRAM ~ you will not be able to SLI a 780 with a 780Ti or a 2GB card with a 4GB one.

Speeds don't have to be the same. i.e. I can SLI a 1.2ghz GTX 780 with a 1.1GHZ 780. The downside is that 1.2ghz will downclock to 1.1

It doesn't downclock, you can run one at 800 and one at 1200, and it will run them at those speeds whilst gaming

Doesn't the faster card get downclocked to run along side the slower card?
