A750 is 3060 level of performance, and cheaper

Alternative are AMD 6600/6600XT or 7600, if you want something better there's the 7700XT, 5000Kr but you then need a bigger case - NVidia cards are bad value in entry tier until 4070 (7000Kr)

For the CPU, you can get a 5700X3D for 2700Kr

image.png.8132f988008c44c78eb7b7040e02cee6.png

Budget (including currency): about 5000-7000 sek (Swedish krona)

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fifa, CS, Minecraft, Fortnite and other mainstream games that aren't so heavy on the computer.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

At the moment i have a crap pc with a 1650 graphicscard which i maybe could use but would be open for upgrades in the future. I'd like to find a combination which suits the 1650 and a good upgrade later on.

Some case, psu, motherboard and ram stick recommendations would be awesome as well.

I would probably play at 1080p to 1440p dependent on the game.

Thanks in advance!

What hardware conf is it now?

And Only GPU and CPU for the budget?

Do you mean my current specs?

And forgot to mention this. I plan to wish for a gpu, now in Christmas time.

If i don't get one i'll survive with my 1650 til i have the money to buy one myself.

So for an answer: the budget will go to everything except the gpu.

Excuse my mediocre English.

I see. Best hardware would be found on used market at such price point, have you considered that? I don't know to recommend any Swedish sites for that though.

Actually who wants used parts for Xmas. But a short budget it is.

I'd rather skip the hassle of finding and avoiding getting scammed.

I have myself looked aroud a bit and there are some budget cases like the Montech X3 i think.

With the case, a 12400f(not sure yet) and a reliable psu its about 300 usd or 3000 sek.

I already have enough storage in my old computer, that i could reuse.

I wouldn't say there's need for used market if the budget doesn't include GPU,

Very nice touch, I'd only add RAM up to 32GB.

The budget seemed smaller for some reason that it really is.

You can always just buy second 16GB kit, it's DDR4 anyway.

What gpus would be appropriate to use with this build?

1650 that they have isn't bad, though everything 1080 and faster is already 200% upgrade GPU wise,

so even a RTX 3060/6600 XT/6650 XT would do wonders

Never heard of that gpu. Would a 1080, 3060 or a amd one work?

Also, since the gpu technically isnt included in the budget. Is there any chance i could fit in a better cpu?

1 last question, there doesnt seem to be many fans on the case you recommended. No risk of overheating? Also can i add more fans in that situation cause the case itself was vert nice.

It's  a small, rather old style, but cheap case, you can add a fan front

With a 5600 or even a 5700X3D and a card in the 150W power range it'll be ok, those components aren't that hot

You'll need an aftermarket cooler (single or dual tower) with the 5700X3D tho

You could get a bigger/better case with a few more bucks, Montech X3 or Antec AX20 at 600Kr. They have some more fans but rather low quality ones

Then really nice cases start at 800Kr, like Phanteks XT

Okay, the sparkle orc a750 is the same as intel a750 i suppose?

Also, it's giving me a warning on the compatability with the cpu and motherboard. Is that a hard to fix problem?

Since without the gpu the rest is well under my budget. Is there anything worth upgrading so that the total is about 5000sek?
