6800xt can be found for ~350€ used or usually around used 3080 pricing though if youd like to bring it closer to 800€ you can also look at used 6800 non xt, new gpu pricing is abysmal so not an option unless youd like to pay more for a worse gpu (6750xt at 330€)

 

also went with a much better board so you wont have to replace it upon cpu upgrade since it already handles a 7950x just fine and will do >9000 ddr5 which is complete overkill but nice to have

my budget is 800 euros for the use case of software development, ML, AI related testing, and gaming I don't do serious gaming. and I am making a PC after quite a while. 

more important items are 

Mobo  
Processor 
Graphics 

so explain to me why the ASUS PRO A620M is not a good Board at the price of 67 euros. I do agree with the price of 120 euro B650M is good but the cost is high.
