Girlfriend who is legally blind wants a MacBook as they offer better services for her as she is used to the MacBook ecosystem for her wonderful eyesight but what is the used price to look for without getting ripped off, especially off eBay I'm a PC gamer soooo

It was a pretty good price for a refurbished MacBook at the time, I've not had any issues or complaints.

Just wanted to mention I read that Intel based Mac's are dropping price due to the fact Apple switched to Apple Silicon. No word on how long Apple will support Intel based Macs. But that being said, most Apple products are 5 to 7 years worth of support from when its released. Id probably get a machine with Apple Silicon, just to have the longest support as possible. 

 

Would like to mention Apple does sell Refurbished machines on their site, for another place to look. 

 

Just make sure where ever you buy has some guarantees for return. Ive seen people buy Apple products just for the device to be iCloud locked and they are not only out a working computer, but out the money they spent on it.
