Hello guys n gals

Hope u r doing well

Stay safe and healthy

{Remember your opinion is highly valuable for me}

As I know that many of you have quite depth knowledge regarding the right investment for pc stuffs n all so I thought to share this post with all of you....

Im thinking to upgrade gpu next year,

Currently I have rtx 4090 and I'm looking for 5000 series....

Does it worth it according to you all or not

And hey I hv intel 10900k cpu, do I need to upgrade that as well for rtx 4090 or not, as my current  high res. tv is quite graphic demanding..so when I max out the setting especially super sampling reso., I hv noticed a lot of flickering and low fps...

Please guide me the right path

Impossible to tell how a 5000 series will be since they're not even technically announced or reviewed yet.

That said, looking that you have a 10900k, your best upgrade would likely be to go to a AMD 9800x3d since you seem to like the very top end of things. This would give you the absolutely best platform for gaming.

Comes down to what games you play and what kind of performance you want. Obviously at max settings you will be mostly GPU bound but if you prefer higher frame rate and are willing to sacrifice graphic fidelity by lowering some settings then a better CPU may be of benefit.

We can't tell if that makes sense to you, it's up to your needs.

I hope ryzen7 9800 will be a right investment plus supporting motherboard?
