This are the options I have now.

or you mix the two up a bit

 

then you have to add 30 € for Windows 7 and 35 € for Watch_Dogs if AMD GPU

And this my favorited build, although I´m not really sure about the AMD Card instead of the Nvidia 770 Windforce.

Maybe you could change the manufacturer of the card. I´ll have to look up who has the highest peformance.

The Xeon E3, R9 290 Build is the best of the 3 builds. You have to buy a gtx 780 to get the same performace. The Sapphire R9 290 is the best R9 290 card you can buy.

Looks like it, is there any other mainboard you would recommend for the xeon? maybe a msi or gigabyte one?

What do you think of that build? Price-wise it´s nearly the same and I could technically overclock it, so it should last till Skylake.

Yeah you´re right a CPU cooler would be better.
