I currently have 1 27" 1440p screen, and need another screen.

No space for 2x 27", but space for 1 Horizontal and 1 Vertical.

Down the line i might get space for 2 horizontal.

Would it look silly with vertical 27" or should i go 24".

If anyone has pictures, i'd love to see.

Thank you

I have two 27 inch monitors, with one vertical. I don’t have a good picture of my current set up. I actually have different monitors and house from when this picture was taken but should be a good idea of what to expect. I really enjoy my dual 27 inch monitors.

27" 1440p in vertical is perfect but I'll never have anything bad to say about more pixels. The more the better.

It depends. I for one have a 42" main monitor, so a 24" side monitor in vertical orientation is exactly the same height, so in terms of how the setup looks, 24" is better for me. But if you don't need to match the main monitor's height, go with a 27" 1440p for more useable screen real estate and better sharpness.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
