Watch Dogs lag issues

So I've been playing watch dogs recently with a GTX 760 and i5 3570k love the game but I'm playing on low settings...

The auto graphics settings are pretty much just playing on High gives me lag for some reason when I drive a car or get in a gun fight. I don't understand why. I have a 4GB 760 and Slick's benchmark for high settings on the 760 was about 40 FPS So I don't understand why my specs are in my sigs. I've noticed I'm using 6/8gb of ram when I play it though.

Did you update your drivers? 

 

I run it fine on my GTX 770 2GB.

Loads of people are having issues with Watchdogs, it's dreadfully implemented, there's not any reason why your computer shouldn't run it... Blame the game.

I agree. I mean they have a core 2 duo listed as the lowest cpu... and a 560 for the gpu like what??!?!

I have stattering when I set the textures on high. I have a MSI 660Ti PE OC 2GB. So I have to turn textures on Medium. Anyone else having this?

Im playing Watch Dog on Gtx770 2gb and get frame rate as low as 5 and sometimes even freezes on every quality settings. I'm running the 337.88 driver.
