Seperate media controller?

Are these even a real thing?

 

I like cheap shite keyboards as can replace when gross or break and use via KVM for both home and work so get alot of use, with a cheapo keyboard don't normally get media controls. 

 

What I'm hoping for is something that maybe has a volume know ability to skip forward or next video etc and a pause but to be on its own just a wee side thing?

 

No idea if they even exist saw something like it on Amazon but this is just one of those items i've never seen in the wild or really heard anything about so any thoughts input is most welcome.
