Nintendo has Illegal Plans for Let's Plays

Only read the first page, didn't feel like reading more.

I don't see how let's plays are all that different from something like movie riffs.

Regarding the "free advertisement" on the other hand,

do you even watch let's plays? Free != Good.

I fully understand how a company might not want some dude screaming "Rape!" in front of a camera to be "advertising" and associating themself with their product.
