Budget (including currency): probably around $650, I have no set budget but I'd prefer to spend no more than like $170 on the GPU

Country: Serbia (this means my choice is somewhat limited and my income is low, despite that the prices are gouged (lol))

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: New and old games but nothing super demanding most of the time, From Software is my favorite dev, I'd also like to be able to emulate 7th gen consoles well and render simple models for games in blender

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Nik_Donogan/saved/#view=yT4bkL
I'd like to be able to play most newer games at 1080p and 60FPS, more FPS could be nice but I don't need it
I already have the parts marked as purchased on pcpp
I am buying from local vendors and second hand so I edited the pcpp prices to fit what I could find them for
The two main things I'd like to know is 1. Is this GPU a good fit for for the CPU? and 2. I'm getting the mobo with 4 RAM slots so that I can use the 16GB I have now and then later down the line I'd get another set and have 32GB, is that a bad idea and can this CPU use 4 sticks well?

Looks good to me.

With RAM, ideally you'd want just two sticks. If its not much more to just get a 2x16GB kit, then I would than running 4x8GB. Less is more in this when it comes to performance and stability. I would then look at a 3600MHz kit if its not much more on top of that, really the sweet spot for DDR4.

a 32GB 3600MHz kit is about $130 (Kingston Fury Beast) and a 16GB kit at the same speed is half that, but if i'm getting 2 sticks i can get a cheaper mobo, also i have 2 different sticks rn (though they have the same specs) so they're not that great anyway, so yeah i'll probably go with 2x16

How much more is a 12600kf in your area? They're as low as $150 in the US.

That's where you end up battling whether going with that 2x16GB kit over just spending $20 more for a 12600kf.

A 12600k with 3200MT/sec RAM should out perform a 12400f with 3600MT/sec RAM. Worth considering. The 12600kf is sort of the sweet spot for value in 12th generation, but you'd potentially want to consider a cheap Z690 board if you wanted to try overclocking. Intel locks overclocking to Z series chipsets. Even without overclocking, its a better performer.

i can probably do both 12600kf and 3600 ram, especially if i get the ram second hand as well

is the GPU still a good fit if i go with the 12600KF?

It is, a 5700 XT is still a capable card. Whether or not its worth $180 is up to your local market. Its barely better than an RX 6600 which you can find for the same price new in the US at least. Intel Arc would be a contender at that price point too, but I'm not sure what the availability of those cards are in your region.
