CPU: Ryzen 5 7600

GPU: Radeon RX 6700XT

RAM: T-Force Delta 2x16GB DDR5 6000 CL30 (Current), T-Force Delta 2x16GB DDR5 5600 CL32 (Former)

MoBo: Gigabyte B650 AORUS PRO AX

PSU: Corsair RM750x

I built this system in May of 2023. I used it with no issues for approximately a year. In June of 2024, I went a little over a week without powering the system on. When I finally attempted to power the system on, the RAM sticks lit up but the system would stop at that point with the DRAM light on on the MOBO and never post. I removed both sticks and found out the system would operate correctly with one of the sticks but if I replaced it with the second stick, the original problem would occur and this was the case in every RAM slot. I bought a replacement RAM kit, installed it, and had no issues. This past week, I again went a little over a week without powering the system on and when I finally attempted to, I had the same issue as before. However, this time, the system would not operate with one stick no matter which one of the two I used. I inserted the old stick that was still working from the original kit and the system booted up as normal. Surely these are not just bad kits of RAM. I believe it could be a MoBo or PSU issue but I am unsure which is more likely. Thank you in advance for any help!
