Quick question about ads on LTT

werto165

XXYuq5R.pngI'm constantly getting ads for things that I'd never buy/websites I'd never visit.

e.g there was just an ad for a hearing aid, I doubt I'll need one for another 60 years or so. Are the ads on the LTT forum based on your website history? If so they're terrible.

They're Google AdSense so it goes buy your search history so either you wear searching something close enough to them that Google presumed you need one or somebody was using your computer/using Google when you were signed in.

If you have the settings enabled in your google account it will use your google search history, and data its collected on other websites about you. Otherwise it will use somewhat random data.

Well I haven't been looking at cloud storage solutions and Asian women seeking love...or have I?

Edit: how does AdSense know I am an Asian guy?
