Hello,

 

Today i added to my system a new Graphics Card, that i would like to use to mine BitCoins, but after i enabled the Crossfire, the Second Graphics Card doesn't appear on BitMinter, what can i do to solve this?

 

My System info is:

 

OS: Windows 8 64 Bits

Motherboard: ASUS F1 A75-V PRO

RAM: 8 GB DDr3

Graphics Cards: AMD Radeon HD 6850 (2 Graphics Cards)

 

1 Screen connected to the first Graphics Card, what can i do to solve this problem?

 

Please help me quickly =D

Not sure how cross fire play into this - if you need it for gaming or not, but it isn't needed fr mining/folding. If that is all you are doing, you can actually remove and disable it. Maybe then the software will see the two cards...

 

Hopefully someone else with actually mining experience can further clarify. :)

Maybe use different mining software..?

I would like to start mining LiteCoins but i don't find any easy tutorials or programs like BitMinter.

 

 

Do both of them show up in overclocking software like afterburner?

Yes, both of them show but the second Graphics Card, i can't overclock it.

Problem solved. This is what i did to solve the problem.

  2. Reinstall BitMinter and enable Crossfire :P
