I'm surprised this hasn't been posted before, or maybe I completely missed it.

Func is introducing the MS-2 gaming mouse. It makes use of the Avago ADNS 3090 sensor and OMRON switches and a smaller body than the MS-32 for use with different grips or smaller hands.

"No matter what game you play, the MS-2 can handle it. The Func MS-2 is equipped with the essential functions a gamer needs and is built to handle a wide range of grip styles thanks to its light, mid-size body", says Calle Conradsson, Brand Manager Func.

Anyone else find it funny how Func doesn't even mention anywhere that the mouse was designed for smaller hands and yet that's the only thing Linus' ad mentions :D?

What does this mouse do different?

The stone cannot know why the chisel cleaves it; the iron cannot know why the fire scorches it. When thy life is cleft and scorched, when death and despair leap at thee, beat not thy breast and curse thy evil fate, but thank the Builder for the trials that shape thee.

Nothing much, just a different shape and different sensor, the MS-32 is a really good product though, so that's not bad at all.

If a little mouse is too heavy, maybe its time to lift some weights. :)

Announcement of Func MS-3v2: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/115606-func-ms-3-gets-revised/

My review: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/128050-func-ms-3v2-overview-pros-cons-and-pictures/

Technically you are the first to post this in the sense of after it has come out. I bought it the day it was available(Newegg for $65).

I'm using it right now and love it!

What does this mouse do different?

From my review;

Now, some of you might be wondering, what's the difference between the MS-3 and MS-3v2? Well this is what the difference is;
1. 10 million cycle OMRON switches
2. An improved cable(added rubber support for USB connection to mouse)
3. Better Windows 8 support
4. Firmware updater
5. Extended Macros
6. An improved scroll wheel
7. Firmware 1.1c

Anyone else find it funny how Func doesn't even mention anywhere that the mouse was designed for smaller hands and yet that's the only thing Linus' ad mentions :D?

Uh, what? I have hands almost as big as slick's, and the mouse is still a bit big. To me, it's the opposite.

Wrong mouse. The object of this thread is a brand new MS-2, not MS-3 ver.2. The new MS-2 is a smaller mouse than the MS-3 (ver.2). :)

I didn't write anything about this as I personally don't care :P

Sorry I should have been more neutral but the very reason I bought the MS-3 was the shape so I roll-eyed when I saw the MS-2 in Func Insider :P

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

It's a different mouse :P. It's not the MS-32, a slightly upgraded MS-3 but the MS-2, a completely new mouse (sort of) they have just announced.
