Budget (including currency): $3000 USD

Country: United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Hardcore Gaming, Creativity, School/Work, Video Editing. Games like Starfield, Skyrim, Elden Ring, the Dark Souls Trilogy, Fallout New Vegas, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, Black Mesa, Diablo IV, Old School RuneScape etc. I'd run things like OBS for streaming and video making.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PZV9MV I'm gonna need a Newer monitor that preferably does 4K.

Upgrading from this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dJTtGP

as for resolution, 4K at 240FPS, with a 165hz refresh rate.

Buy date is TBD Money is tight RN.

just looking for thoughts and advice.

240 FPS @ 4K is not an achievable goal for any game that is vaguely recent, unless you're willing to push the settings right down and use upscaling.
