Yep exactly that it's basically that sound every second or soo. could I have damaged something ? or is it just natural I do have coil whine that I know for sure but it's a completely new sound.

Coilwhine is normal and not dangeorus or harmful in any way.

I highly doubt you damaged the card by adjusting the GPU holder, that would be extremely unlucky.

Hello thank you for your reply. It's more like a electric shock sound. Started when I  adjusted the GPU holder. It's basically doing it between 2-3 seconds. It's like a clicking sound but electric.

I do hear some clicking at 8-10 seconds on both sound recordings when I turn my volume way up, is this what you mean?

I guess it could be just that I have 0 experience with it. Its also weird that It started after I adjusted it. But I mean if coil whine can make clicking noises like that every second or soo without heavy electric draw then I guess it's just that. Thank you for your time

had coil whine on my 6700XT, it was pretty bad when i first got it, actually after a while it started to get quieter. Now it only does it in between loading screens where the FPS spikes to 700+. Completely "Normal" Annoying, but harmless.

Had to make peace with mine, but found a middle ground.

Cheers
