Looks pretty average, nothing wrong, just undervolt the GPU a bit and add power to gain some performance

Hi, my os- win11, MOBO-Gigabyte B650M DS3H, revision 1.3, bios version FA5c,cpu ryzen5 7600, Ram - Acer Predator Vesta II 30-38-38-76 6000MHz 16gbX2(BL.9BWWR.327), gpu - Asrock AMD rx 7800xt challenger oc, PSU- MSI MAG A750GL,

Hi recently RMAd my gpu - Asrock AMD rx 7800xt challenger oc cause of overheating issue. they replaced my gpu with a brand new one. my gpu is always on default clock settings. that overheating issue solved but cinebench 2024 giving me like 400 less score for gpu performance testing since the RMA, before RMA i was getting 10453 score but after Rma i'm getting like 10070 . Is this an isuue? how do i fix it? I tested many times and approx same result each time.

Not likely. Cinebench is known to have scores float around a bit from run to run, and 400 points is only a 4% difference, right around the margin of error for this test. It could be something something running in the background eating into the score, or maybe you installed a driver update that is not quite as fast in Cinebench as the older driver.

Its margin of error basically. Your previous card could have scored a smidge higher in one rjn and well that became the best run.

Could be the new one is autoboosting a tiny bit lower which is within the autoboost margin of error.

Did you update GPU drivers? If not on the same driver version, it could affect the score

Not to mention this presumably is a compute test, so is no indication of performance under workloads most people will use their GPU for.

Cinebench test is rather meaningless on an AMD GPU, it's an AI style compute test

Rather use a real GPU benchmark like 3DMark

Anyway I suspect your previous GPU clocked higher and then get hotter than the new one

cinebench isn't an accepted gpu benchmark to begin with.

use something reliable like 3DMARK Firestrike benchmark instead.
