Just looking for sites that review all hardware and any other tech. Like sites with a good overview plus a number. example (90/100)

Putting a number is imho counterproductive I actually wouldn't recommend numerical ratings at all. Other than that I usually follow Tek Syndicate, Tech of Tomorrow, Austin Evans, Hardware Canucks and sometimes Jay 2 Cents although he irritates me on a personal level even though I like his hardware coverage, still torn between following his channel or not.

You must really hate that site. I see you mention how terrible it is all the time.
