I recently picked up a bargain PC for £20 with a Pentium Dual Core @2.8GHz w/ 4GB DDR2. I need a GPU that can run on LOW power PSU but good enough to run Minecraft.

I was thinking a Radeon HD 5450 but don't know if that will be to power hungry for the PSU.

HP Compaq dc7600, Intel Pentium 4 521@2.8GHz, 4GB DDR 2 @667MHz, 240W PSU.

AMD FX 6350 @4.3GHz | Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 Rev. 3.0 | 8GB Dual Channel @1600MHz Corsair Vengeance LP | 2GB MSI GTX 660 Ti Power Edition

CiT Vengeance x11 | 500GB Segate, 2TB WD Green, 2TB WD Red | OCZ ZT 650W | Akasa Venom Voodoo | Ozone 5.1 Strato Evolution

a pentium dual core cant really run minecraft very well.

Why? If I put a GPU in then it will take the weight off the CPU.

750 ti or hd 7750 might suffice your needs on a low end budget, without it being power hungry.

To much power consumption and also not enough space as it's Small Form Factor Low Profile Desktop PC.

That is quite a bit overkill for the cpu he has in there. then again it is good enough to be used in another build when ever he replaces it eventually so longer term it could be a solid choice..

You could run a 750 on a 240w PSU.

Does it have a LP option because I don't have room for a full height GPU.

Yes but it is a little more expensive than I would recommend using in that build.

Ok so that's out of the question. I need something cheap but efficient enough to help. £20-£30 maybe!

They won't fit in the case unless they have a low profile bracket.
