Random apps being blurry

Taking a screenshot should not be blurry in any tech.

Looks like Cyberpunk 2077 with low quality DLSS. Strange.

 

@Happygamer1983 have you tried Display Driver Uninstaller?

Ive noticed a issue with some apps, where text and images, etc are blurry (see screenshots) and i have no idea on how to fix that.
It started like a week ago, and sometimes its worse and then it gets better if I hover over it with my mouse or interact with the app.
Right now its only VS code and OnlyOffice that have that issue.
Ive tried to reinstall the app,
check for damaged system files
update graphics drivers
change display scaling

Are you using an OLED?
