The song goes "You're the best, the best, nothing's gonna keep you fow, ypu're simply, the best" then it just loops. I don't remember it enough for more sorry, anyway aq guy is singing. It is like a song to modevate a team or person. I looked on youtube of what I thought it was, nopr.

I think you're conflating You're The Best by Joe Esposito and The Best by Tina Turner. Either that or you heard a mashup of the two.

 

One of Neil Cicierega's mashups/sound collages samples both songs, plus the Carmen Sandiego theme by Rockapella and the old Folger's jingles.
