A capacitor blew

Solved by mariushm,
When that capacitor died it shorted out so a direct connection between 12v and ground was created, and the power supply detected this short circuit and shut down to protect itself.
Removing the capacitor will remove the short circuit and everything should run again.
If you want to replace the capacitor, it will be most like some low value capacitor , 1uF , 10uF, something like that. 1 uF would probably be safest choice.
