Trying to find a screen to sit atop my Steam Deck. 🥺

What I’m trying to do:

Mount a secondary screen above my Steam Decks main screen. It does not need to be touch screen. You with your infinite wisdom has probably already sussed out that I want to emulate 3DS properly. 
 

Why it’s not going so well:

 

I really don’t have any preference over how this is accomplished, but the easiest possible way that I can think of is to find a roughly 7 inch screen that plugs into USB-C and mount it on my Dbrand case. 
 

The issue is I want to be able to plug it into power for charging still so I either need a screen that has a hubs IO on it already, or I need to find a good USB-C hub, and a decent USB display, and make some sort of housing for it all to go into. 
 

This is me begging

 

I know someone here knows exactly what I need, and there might even be a product designed specifically for my use case, but I am not having any luck googling. 

 

Please help me achieve my goal have having the ultimate 3DS emulation experience.
