AMD stock cooler stuck to the cpu

Its been around a month since I built this PC and now I want to upgrade the stock cooler to an aftermarket cooler .I tried removing the stock cooler but it won't come off. I unscrewed all 4 screws but the cooler is so stiff that it won't even move a bit . I am not applying too much pressure because i don't wanna risk pulling out the cpu along with the cooler and causing damage.
I played games for an hour to make it warm. Tried cinebench stress test . But nothing is working.
Is there any way i can get it out?? Thanks.

Run cinebench for about an hour like you did, then see if you can twist the cpu cooler off. Make sure you don't put enough force to shear your pins off. If this doesn't work, depending on the cpu you might be able to just yank the whole cooler out. It's not advisable but I have pulled a few AM4 cpus out on a cooler before with no issues.

You need to lift the lever for that. It can't be done when the cooler is installed

Pull straight up, rip the CPU from its socket. Sounds worse than it is though. It is a ZIF socket, you wont hurt anything.

Wow. Which thermal paste did you used?  I thought the culprit is the amd's stock thermal paste.
