Nova Launcher On S24 Ultra

Hey All,

New to the Android world and interested in trying some launchers.

My question is if I use Nova Launcher as an example, will I still be able to use the GalaxyAI functionality as long as I continue to use the Samsung apps?

Launchers make much less sense now on brand new phones. They make way more sense on older phones.

More then likely you will be locked out of samsung AI stuff since they have been locking that stuff down more.

No, the launcher replaces the home screen and layouts but wouldn't lock you out of using the Galaxy AI app or anything. Not to say Samsung wouldn't try to pull some crap but I've never had issues in the past using other Samsung apps with Nova Launcher over the years. Last Samsung phone I had was the S22 though.

Thanks both of you. I think I will give it a try.

I haven't used a different launcher before, do all my apps and data (pictures, files, etc) stay intact when I switch over? And then if I don't like it and switch back again also.

Sorry if it seems like a basic question, just haven't played with launchers before.
