Is this cheap 2080 GPU a good deal or a ticking time bomb

I'm looking for a GPU. This rtx 2080 is priced at 160euros, but the display output only works on 1 hdmi and 1 dp. Is this a bargain or not a smart buy? Would appreciate a second opinion.
Specs:

AsRock B450M Steel Legends
Ryzen 5 5600x

Radeon HD6970 (A gpu my friend had left over it pulls 250W on paper but cant be tracked with software)
16GB 2400 MHz CL17 (overclocked to 3200 with cl18) generic ram

Corsaire CX500 80+ bronze (Used it on a Vega56 that died which pulls same ammount of power, not really smart but should work)

512GB+128GB

1TB HDD

I mean the value is great, but can you afford to lose 160 Euro? If not, don't buy it.

On kleinanzeigen you have a buyer protection. If the product doesn't work, you get your money back.

It's listed as partly working though, and if it fails more later and becomes unusable that'll be on you.

Yeah no, several display outputs unfunctional, card held with mint box to not be bent, and that TIM laying down there like uh... IDK, this is fishy. Like there's a good chance you can get bent over with this GPU on the short run, even.

I wouldn't bother.

How many total ports are there? If it's just one that's not working could be just that the physical port was just broken and not indicative of some deeper underlying issue.

If there's a return policy and it works right away, I'd just weigh how long are you ok with it lasting that you feel like you'd get your money's worth. Anything longer than that is just a bonus.
