Truenas ZFS pool has two data disks and two spares but says no redundancy?

As the title says, I've used FreeNAS for years and only recently upgraded to TrueNAS Scale, what am I missing here?

(Yes it's a small cache, it's a spare intel optane ssd I had laying around)

It looks like the 2 data drives are striped, or raid0 basically.

IDK why you have 2 spares, I'd just make a 4 drive raid5 / raidz1

How would I go about doing that?

I'm with linus on this one that Truenas could really use an easy mode.

I'd backup the nas. Delete the pool, then make a new raid 5 one,
