X399 Taichi storage issue

using a 1950x

 

so i have a gpu/3 m.2 slots full and 4 sata ports used.

moment i try to use any more sata ports.

windows will just go to infinite boot loading screen.

 

this only happens if third m.2 slot is used.

i found no doc. on why this is a issue

it should work
