Taskbar keeps popping up for a spit second when clicking in full-screen games

This is pretty much what happens whenever I click anywhere it keeps showing up the taskbar and it's really frequent and annoying, I've already made sure that no other software is open or overlapping with the game and re installed the latest drivers but to no avail 

 

 

Any help is much appreciated

When did this start happening? Or is it a new pc build?

I wasn't sure when exactly an old system restore point seemed to fix it, its a new build but this happend after a few days

I see, glad that restore seemed to fix it. Maybe a windows update was this issue? Idk tho.

What changes did you make to the system recently(software only)? May have been a Windows Update, as mentioned above. Are there any updates that are available for you to download?
