Question about ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE

This motherboard has a lot of mini DP in, usb c DP, and a VGA connection. What are all these for if the cpus used with it dont have integrated graphics?

 

Also what is this all about in the owners manual? (image attached)

The motherboard has video input, so it can loop that plus USB out over one cable to a compatible monitor.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Basically display + usb over usb c using the usb 4 standard. Something that some intel boards have done with thunderbolt.
