If you want more M.2 slots, you could get a different MB, for XTX you maybe want a better PSU like the one you had.

do air coolers perform as good as liquid, and are they quieter? and what fans would you recommend for the case?

the case I listed should come with some fans preinstalled, the PA120 should be good enough for 7800x3D,

 

Intel is furnace since it has 10+ cores, 7800x3D is efficient, and also you don't always use all cores when you're gaming
