ram not running at maximum speed

hey all.

i tried to change my ram speeds through xmp. my ram supports max speed of 3200mhz but it never boots on that speed. it only boots at max speed of 3133mhz. it says "memory overclocking failed"

my pc specs are r5 5600x, msi b550 m pro vdh, adata xpg d50 8gbx2, rtx 4060

i dont think my motherboard and cpu is the issue here as both of them supports 3200mhz speed.

if anyone have any idea about it then do let me know please
