Amazon removed "Problem with order" button?

I recall Amazon used to have a "Problem with order" button where you could report a package that arrived damaged, didn't arrive etc. However, none of my orders from the last 3 months have this.

Does anyone know if it was removed site-wide, or does Bezos just dislike me in particular?

Just had a look at my orders, and the "problem" button is present only for 1 order out of the 10 appearing on the page, no clue how it's determined

The "technical support" button does the same, it's present 1 time out of 3, with no clear rationale (I mean I got it for toilet paper lol)

I've also noticed the "how did we do" e-mail when you click the feedback doesn't seem to actually report anything.  It used to say something like "thanks for your feedback" as I recall, now it just goes to your order status.

Its frustrating as they keep ramming damage-able goods through the letterbox.
