Request for help with cooling

XRealX

In the image you can see that I have 4 case fans. Would I benefit from more fans? Would they improve temps? I can attach 5 extra fans, 2 on the bottom and 3 on the top. But not much air comes in from below so idk how useful would the bottom ones be.

My case is: Lian Li Lancool II Mesh ARGB

CPU: Ryzen 7600X

Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE White ARGB

Graphics Card: Asrock Steel Legend RX 7800 XT

All fans, including the 2 on the CPU cooler are: Thermalright TL-C12CW-S ARGB

Do you require more cooling?  This looks like a very good setup in terms of airflow through the case 🙂

You';re a little uneven for intake vs exhaust, I would add another exhaust fan at the top back.  So you have air coming from from the entire front and leaving top and back.   Not a big deal either way, just what I would do.

The cables are too short to reach my fan hub 😕

If I increase my Graphics Card's Total Board Power, it's hotspot gets into 100°C+. Strangely, the VRAM temps are fine though, but increasing the TBP doesn't increase the VRAM's clocks, only the GPU's clock speed increases on it's own.

Thanks, I'll see if it improves my temps. I have a fan lying around anyways.

The fans are just not that strong. More for looks than actual performance.

It's better than nothing 😅

And so far, looks like a top exhaust fan does help. The GPU hotspot is now at 92°C with the TBP maxed out. Previously it was at ~100°C.

they are plenty long you just need to rotate the fans to have the cables closest to the mb same with the back fan. the case has a hole at the back top left corner you can stick em thow that. the cpu fans also should have a hole above in the case.

you can put fans on the bottom too as intake

That is true. I have 3 or 4 packs of those fans, only reason I mentioned it after looking at the size of your case.

They pretty cheap and I really wanted ARGB fans lol.

3 in & 2 out in an airflow designed case of that size should be enough, with half decent fans.

Noise may have decreased now also? (This also depends on the fans).

I’ve turned my fans around so the cables are on the blind side - Let the cable whisperer in you out 😂

Noise is the same, but I have set up a custom fan curve with Fan Control (the case fans spin up depending on what the temperature of the CPU and GPU hotspot is at.

Damn your PC looks really good 🤩

Me too lol 😄

I have my sons system done up with them in a Meshify C and they work well. But the case is much smaller than the one in your pic.

Yep that'll help. IIRC, my front fans are governed by the GPU temp & the rest are governed by the CPU temp.
