New to AMD GPUs, benchmarking tools, tips?

Just replaced my 3070 with 7900 XT.

I used DDU to clean up previous drivers and looked for location where sharers caches might have been to clean them up.
So far, installation went flawlessly, I did a quick test on Resident Evil 2 Remake and Ready or Not, both working well (outside of RoN love for shader stutters, but they are expected and quickly disappeared)

Before the switch I did some benchmarking with default configuration and my custom curve, using MSI Afterburner, so would be able to compare effects on the switch. Anyway I definitely will be messting around with OC/UV so, it make sense to gather information and maybe make a report post in a couple of weeks.

So, the question is, what I can use to measure average FPS and 1% lows?
There seems to be some statistic in Adrenaline driver utility, but I'm not sure if I can use it for 1% lows and how.

Also would be happy to learn any tips about AMD cards in general.

As far as benchmark goes, i solely use 3dmark for testing overclocks and benchmarking.

Yeah I pretty much don't benchmark any more, just play the games and look to see if performance is acceptable and close to what the actual benchmarking YT channels are seeing.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)

Adrenalin software allows for OC/UV and overlay monitoring, it's quite nice

Thanks I'll check it.
But I can probably just install and than remove Afterburner.

I used:
TimeSpy, Port Royal.
integrated benchmarks for Shadow of Tomb Raider, Vermintide 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Metro exodus , Arma 3 (YAAB), Gears 5.
Also Resident Evil 2, just running same part of one of bonus challenges.

In general, I prefer game benchmarks but they are less comparable, than synthetics.

Since for me usually it feels better to have higher 1% lows than high average FPS I used Afterburner to get 1% lows, because game benchmarks rarely show them.

Yes, that is a reason for my question. I don't need it anymore for anything else other than making a comparison to my previous GPU.

I'm looking into Adrenaline, and overlay is cool, but I could not find 1% lows yesterday.
There is 99% FPS, but as far as I understand it's not exactly the same?

There is logging feature. Can I use it to to generate 1% lows value myself?
