What parts fit in a Corsair 4000D Airflow

Budget (including currency): 1.8k USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and low level coding

This is my first time building a pc and I'm wondering if everything is going to fit in the case I chose. I don't really know how I should list the parts I'm using so I guess I'm just gonna put the links down.

PSU: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R5JPTMZ?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

GPU:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08W8DGK3X?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

STORAGE:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08RK2SR23?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

STORAGE2:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H2RR55Q?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

RAM:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SPYCCF1?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

MOTHERBOARD:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZ9T4KF6?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

COOLING:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YC9FZ8M?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

CPU:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FXDLX95?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1

CASE:https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-4000D-Airflow-Tempered-Mid-Tower1

And now here's the thing I'm concerned about. I'm struggling to decide between liquid cooling and fan cooling. I would hate to install something wrong and have the water destroy my pc, but I also know that the air cooler I want to use may be to big. Here's the air cooling I want to use:https://www.amazon.com/NOCTUA-NH-U12A-Ventilateurs-NF-A12x25

Please reply with anything I should know before proceeding with buying all the parts for this pc.

Thank anyone who sees this and helps me out.

It will all fit although I prefer air cooling myself. With that said that build is all wrong. The board you chose won't handle that cpu when it boost not to mention you should focus on a DDR5 build with your budget. What is your resolution?

for a 12900k, AIO would be best but a good 360 won't fit that well in there (arctic comes to mind, but I've had one and it's too thick for the 4000D)

I'd go for this

Basically @filpo ‘s with minor cost cutting.

For low level programming (depending on how low u go, asseembly or like C?) normally amd is better unless you’re mting a lot, then intel is marginally better
