Corsair 5000X - Slight bend on tempered glass panel covering the cables

I'm having a hard time orienting myself with what I'm looking at with that picture. If cables are preventing a side panel from closing fully, compress/fix/re-arrange them or just live with it. As long as you're happy and don't have to look at it, no harm no foul.

I noticed that the tempered glass panel covering the cable side appears to be slightly misaligned. Bottom edges is slightly bent, while the bottom left corner looks like it's sticking out in the picture below.

 

Is this a cause for concern?

SO this means it does not pose a safety threat?

a much higher threat for tempered glass cases is when they're overtightened when they have contact with the glass similarly or exactly like this:
