Are new laptops with Windows 11 pre-installed incompatible with Windows 10?

gigabyter

Are brand new laptops made to only be compatible with Windows 11 or do they work just as well with Windows 10? Are there any known problems that might occur?

Windows 10 supposedly does not make great use of the efficiency cores on Intel 12 gen+ processors.
