Yea, I would recommend getting a better cpu or using a bottleneck check website. Next time when you buy a computer you should save on GPU and get a better CPU.

No. Those sites are pure garbage. There is no way to calculate a universal bottleneck number/percentage for a specific GPU/CPU combination, since it varies per game, the game's settings and resolution.

I agree. Sorry for the misconception. There will always be a bottleneck, you can just minimize it by doing research and doing your best to pick the right parts.

Well you should definitely upgrade it, but the few compatible decent CPU on this are i7 4770K and 4790K (cause they got HT), and are pretty bad value, you'd better upgrade the platform to a modern one
