It's a crummy photoshop job, first of all.

But that appears to be an Asus ProArt laptop there on the right, likely one of Asus's few high end models with a proprietary interface port to dock an external graphics card. The advertised product would seem to be an eGPU dock for those specific few Asus laptops.
