Is the Windows 8.1 upgrade still available in the Store?

Is it? I have Windows 8.1 x86 installed, but I plan to go 64 bit. However, I only have Windows 8 key and DVD, and I am not spending a 100 bucks more on 8.1. I activate Windows 8 then I upgrade to 8.1 then install the Update 1 before June 13. That is my plan. Is the Windows 8.1 update still available in the store? If not, I'll just stick with 32 bit.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

Yes, it's still available. Windows should be bugging you every time you boot up to install the update, is it not? 

I haven't even reverted back to 8 64 bit yet.

I updated my second PC to 8.1 just this week so I can double confirm that it's definitely still active ;)

Yes, it is a free upgrade for users with Windows 8. And if the store won't update, download the Windows 8.1 Setup Tool. You can get the setup-key at Microsoft TechNet. After the upgrade finished, you can activate it with your Windows 8 key.

So I can install W8 64 bit, then upgrade to 8.1, then activate it with my W8 key?
