Weird Light Sources in games

Hello.

 

i have a little problem, that is in some games very annoying in some i see just sometimes.

thew problem is: i see at every light source in game like the game or my monitor, i do not know pulls the light through my screen in a transparent bar. the brighter the light the more visible this bar is that runs to the side of my monitor. I tried to play Clive Barker's Jericho now and in it this is visible and irritating

 

i hope someone has a fix for it. Thank you.

Do you have any kind of HDR or dynamic backlight enabled?

 

Does the display have a full-panel backlight, or its it edge lit?

Update: i tried on TV too. TV connected via HDMI, tried only on TV, Mirroring and Extended Display mode, i can see always on both screens, so it is not a Monitor Problem

i Tried With and Without HDR, both my monitor and TV has back and side light too
