Is 650w psu enough for rtx 4060 ti/3060 ti??
also is it enough for rtx 4070??

 

Corsair Cv 650w 80 + bronze 
ryzen 7 7700
air cooler 
Asus tuf b650 plus wifi 
32 gb 6000 mhz ddr5 ram..
1 tb m.2 ssd
2 tb hard disk

Depends on the rest of the system. All components use power, not just the gpu.

Yes. a 650w will be enough for that system even with an rtx 4070 🙂

 

The 7700 draws around 65-80w and the rtx 4070 draws a maximum of 200w.

Say 150w for the rest of the system you are still only at 400-420w of maximum power if everything is under 100% load.  No problem with a 650w 🙂

 

I would feel comfortable using a 650w with my own 7700x and RTx 4080.

He could have gotten a 7600x and saved 90 dollars. Plus the 7600x is still a very capable cpu.

Sure, he could have. The 7600x is only 56 dollars cheaper than the 7700 non X however.

I have the 7700x and would never trade it for the 7600x even though I only game, I like having a bit more cores.

My gaming habbits are very demanding.

 

That being said, the 7600 non X is probably my favorite gaming CPU on the market right now! It packs a massive punch for its price and it even comes with a stock cooler.

 

But if one can afford better, go for it.
